Description

Oversee pizza preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and hygiene while supporting and guiding team members in an Italian restaurant. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Spread sauce, add toppings, and prepare pizzas for baking - Monitor oven temperatures and ensure pizzas are cooked to quality standards - Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of pizzas - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment - Monitor ingredient levels, manage inventory, and place supply orders - Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of F&B experience, preferably in Italian cuisine or pizza preparation - Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques and kitchen operations - Leadership ability with strong organizational and communication skills - Food Hygiene Certificate preferred

6 days/week (Tuesday – Sunday), fixed off Monday. 44 hours/week, 10:00am – 2:00pm, 5:30pm – 9:30pm.
