Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet and welcome guests warmly and promptly * Thank guests and provide fond farewells, anticipating their next visit * Assist guests with table reservations and seating arrangements * Ensure timely service and attend to guest needs promptly and tactfully * Demonstrate good knowledge of menu and presentation standards * Answer guest questions and assist with menu selections * Anticipate unexpected guest needs and respond appropriately * Apply service techniques correctly and serve food & beverages enthusiastically * Serve food courses and drinks according to standards * Set tables based on event type and service requirements * Communicate special requests, allergies, or dietary needs to the kitchen * Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience * Clear, collect, and return food & beverage items to proper stations * Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tableware, and service equipment during shifts

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of F&B experience preferred * Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude * Good communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work split shifts and in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to learn and grow within the company
