Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our Italian restaurant’s daily operations. You will work closely with the F&B Manager to ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience for all guests while leading and motivating a dynamic service team. Responsibilities and Duties

*Support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations *Provide warm, attentive customer service including greeting guests, taking orders, and managing the flow of service *Explain menu offerings and make thoughtful recommendations *Supervise restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and table settings *Lead and manage a team of 6–8 service staff, fostering teamwork and positive morale *Conduct in-house and on-the-job training to maintain service standards *Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a can-do attitude at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

*8–10 years of relevant experience in the food & beverage industry *Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-first mindset *Proficient in using POS systems *Availability to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays *Willing to commit extra hours during staff shortages or special events *Familiarity with Italian cuisine and wine is a strong advantage *Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Outlet Executive
