We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented individual to lead and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant outlet(s). Reporting to management, you will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional food quality, upholding stringent hygiene and safety standards, and fostering a high-performing service team. This role demands a proactive leader with a passion for creating positive guest experiences and driving business success. You will be expected to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure smooth and consistent operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Take ownership of the operational management of the restaurant outlet(s). * Ensure strict adherence to standards for food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety. * Coach, mentor, and train service staff on daily tasks, including service protocols, cashiering procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. * Guide service staff in effectively addressing and resolving customer feedback and complaints. * Organize and control inventory levels, manage the budget responsibly, and implement strategies to minimize waste. * Develop, implement, and execute business strategies aimed at sustaining profitability and increasing sales revenue. * Monitor sales performance and provide regular weekly and/or monthly sales reports to management, offering insightful reviews. * Manage manpower planning and create efficient weekly staff schedules. * Collaborate effectively with various internal teams such as HR, Marketing, and Maintenance on staffing matters, promotional strategies to boost sales, and necessary maintenance and repairs. * Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry. * Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. * Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and train service staff effectively. * Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in handling customer feedback and operational challenges. * Experience in inventory management, budget oversight, and waste reduction strategies. * Ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive profitability and sales growth. * Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance and generate insightful reports. * Effective manpower planning and scheduling abilities. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders. * Must be willing and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
