This role involves preparing and cooking menu items, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet high standards. Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards * Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained * Assist with food preparation, cutting, portioning, and plating * Support inventory checks and proper storage of ingredients * Work closely with kitchen team and service crew for smooth operations * Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies * Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous experience in a kitchen or F\&B environment preferred * Passion for cooking and willingness to learn Japanese cuisine * Ability to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety * Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
