Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage and be familiar with all floor operations, capable of covering all floor positions when needed. * Ensure guests receive the best dining experience throughout operations. * Achieve monthly KPIs through excellent sales and service. * Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations per government standards. * Handle customer complaints efficiently and proactively resolve issues. * Deliver superior service to maximize customer satisfaction. * Maintain housekeeping of work areas before and after service. * Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors and managers.

Qualifications and Requirements
