We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to lead and motivate our sales team while ensuring seamless retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fashion and current trends. In this role, you will drive sales performance, build strong relationships with both the team and customers, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. * Build strong relationships with customers and handle inquiries or complaints. * Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth workflows. * Train and develop promoters to improve sales and service. * Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies. * Stay updated on fashion trends to enhance the store’s appeal. * Ensure proper visual merchandising and brand presentation. * Work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Strong ability to inspire and lead the sales team effectively. * Excellent communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with both the team and customers. * Self-driven and independent while aligning with management’s direction and strategies. * Keen sense of fashion and awareness of current trends. * Solid understanding of retail operations and business strategies. * Skilled in training staff and enhancing visual merchandising. * Knowledgeable about market trends, competitors, and brand positioning. * Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in retail. * Experienced in retail operations, supplier coordination, and merchandising. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Strong customer service focus. * Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
