Description
Oversee most administrative responsibilities within the company, managing daily office operations and coordinating all routine administrative activities. Responsibilities and Duties
* Gather requests from all outlets and relevant departments, ensuring accurate barcode printing for processing. * Collect and dispatch items to the appropriate departments to facilitate smooth operations. * Receive, sort, and distribute incoming letters to their respective departments for timely communication. * Maintain organized records by filing Daily Checklist Forms systematically. * Address queries and concerns from managers and employees to provide necessary support and clarification. * Coordinate repairs for office equipment to ensure optimal functioning. * Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency in your role.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience. * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Good communication skills and the capability to collaborate well with others. * Customer-focused, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in problem-solving. * Self-motivated and able to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels. * A proactive, driven, and resourceful individual who takes a hands-on approach.
