Responsibilities and Duties

- Plan, coordinate, and manage staff and services to ensure efficient F&B operations. - Maintain consistent customer service standards across all outlets. - Formulate and implement operating procedures and standards to achieve company goals. - Lead, train, and develop team members to maximize productivity, efficiency, and morale. - Work closely with the service and culinary teams to reduce wastage and improve profitability. - Review operating results and identify opportunities for performance improvement. - Oversee cashiering and financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. - Monitor labor productivity ratios and control consumable usage to minimize wastage. - Anticipate peak business periods and establish systems to handle high guest volumes effectively. - Actively monitor guest feedback, promptly addressing complaints and requests with professionalism. - Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, service staff, and internal stakeholders. - Manage HR responsibilities, including recruitment, training, succession planning, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, recognition, and staff development.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience in F&B service and operations management. - Strong administrative knowledge of F&B operations and quality management systems. - Capable of building and managing relationships with multiple departments and key customers. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience in F&B or hospitality.
