Seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine / Pizza Station)to craft exceptional Italian pizzas and contribute to delivering outstanding dining experiences. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Spread sauce, add toppings, and prepare pizzas for baking. - Monitor oven temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards. - Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of pizzas. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. - Monitor ingredient levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience in Italian cuisine or pizza preparation required. - Leadership and supervisory skills preferred for assisting head chef. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
