Description
Responsible for the daily production of pastries, maintaining product quality, safe equipment usage, and cleanliness in a central kitchen environment. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252
Responsibilities and Duties
- Produce pastry products according to recipe specifications - Maintain highest quality and consistency in pastry standards - Ensure safe and proper use of kitchen equipment - Maintain cleanliness of workstation and follow health and sanitation regulations - Perform other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree certificate or equivalent in Pastry Skills, or relevant experience - Minimum 1 year of pastry experience preferred - Able to work on weekends and public holidays
