Indoor Sales Associates

Description

Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide quotations to customers and purchase goods from suppliers - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various communication channels - Monitor delivery times, stock levels, and goods on order - Forecast market requirements - Ensure orders are timely processed and delivered to customers - Provide good service and resolve customer issues related to company products

Qualifications and Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in a trading company, preferably in in-house sales/marketing - Positive attitude with strong communication skills - Good interpersonal and teamwork skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working Condition

Working hours

Monday - Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday: 8.30am – 3.00pm
