We are seeking a hands-on, dependable Supervisor to lead and support a team in daily operations. Responsibilities and Duties
*Monitor staff performance to ensure team members meet individual and collective goals *Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide clear, constructive guidance *Maintain a safe, secure, and clean working environment for all staff *Ensure deadlines and daily targets are consistently met *Approve and track employee schedules and working hours *Promote a high standard of customer service throughout the team *Provide training and mentorship for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding *Identify and report operational challenges, offering actionable solutions to management
Qualifications and Requirements
*Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role *Strong interpersonal and communication skills *Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control *Dependable, ethical, and committed to high work standards *Demonstrated ability to lead by example and motivate team members *Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
