We are in search of a seasoned culinary expert to take the helm in our kitchen, ensuring the creation of exceptional Malay cuisine. This role demands a leader who can maintain rigorous quality standards, inspire a team, and manage all aspects of kitchen operations with precision and passion.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Uphold the established quality and standards of all food items, ensuring alignment with the company's operational guidelines. * Guarantee that all food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards of excellence. * Develop and refine menus, incorporating innovative and traditional Malay culinary creations to enhance variety and quality. * Manage food costs and minimize waste through efficient planning and execution. * Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations. * Direct daily kitchen production and operations, including planning food preparation and ensuring adequate staffing levels. * Enforce strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures among all kitchen staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of ten years of relevant culinary experience. * Specialized expertise in Malay cuisine. * Consistently demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor. * Possess strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
