Description
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to elevate the visibility of Singapore Ballet, its performances, and dance courses. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in executing impactful campaigns, especially in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be both creative and results-driven, with a proven history of successful marketing initiatives and a genuine passion for the arts.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Strategy Development: Design and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to boost ticket sales and increase audience engagement. * Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and public relations. * Website Management: Regularly update and maintain content on the Singapore Ballet website to ensure accurate and engaging information. * Content Creation Oversight: Lead an internal team to produce compelling content, including social media updates and promotional materials for performances and dance courses. * Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and partners to raise awareness of performances and promote the company’s artistic work. * Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance through data-driven insights, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness. * Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and expense tracking. * Collaboration and Relationship Management: Work closely with the artistic and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals, support cross-functional initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with board members, donors, and partners.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field * Demonstrated experience in marketing, ideally within the performing arts or entertainment sector * Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging narratives * Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities * Effective team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail * Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems)
