Description
This position is responsible for creating and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives while ensuring adherence to regional labor regulations. As a strategic partner to regional leadership, the Regional HR Manager will focus on enhancing employee engagement, driving performance, and improving organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values. Provide guidance to senior leadership on HR policies and best practices. Promote employee engagement, productivity, and a positive workplace culture. Oversee recruitment and establish a talent pipeline aligned with organizational needs. Lead strategic hiring initiatives to ensure cultural and organizational alignment. Use workforce data to identify trends and plan for current and future staffing needs. Develop and manage regional talent strategies to retain top talent. Implement employee development programs and career pathways to enhance skills and engagement. Drive a collaborative and inclusive work culture through engagement initiatives. Organize team-building events and recognition programs to boost morale. Promote a high-performance culture across regional offices. Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Manage HR operations, including policy development, compliance, and benefits. Streamline HR processes to align with industry standards and improve efficiency. Support change management initiatives to drive cultural transformation. Analyze and recommend improvements to organizational structures for better efficiency. Oversee regional compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness. Conduct benchmarking and recommend adjustments based on market trends. Deliver regular HR metrics reports, such as turnover rates and engagement levels. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Demonstrated HR leadership experience within architecture, real estate, or similar industries. Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and fostering a strong workplace culture. Regional experience with the capability to manage HR operations across multiple locations while maintaining confidentiality and integrity. Strategic mindset combined with a practical, hands-on approach. Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
