Description

The Sales Supervisor plays a key role in driving the performance of the sales team and supporting the overall success of the organization. This position involves coordinating daily sales operations, collaborating with management to address changing customer needs, and ensuring that sales objectives are met or exceeded. Responsibilities and Duties

*Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team, including marketing tasks such as product activations. *Assist in recruiting, training, compensating, and retaining a high-performing sales team. *Prepare and submit reports to top management (e.g., sales performance, lead generation, customer complaints, and new customer onboarding). *Create and deliver effective sales presentations and utilize sales tools to support the team. *Maintain open communication with clients and provide valuable feedback to management. *Plan and execute sales strategies and initiatives to boost brand visibility and sales performance. *Model professionalism and strong work ethics to inspire and lead by example. *Maintain organized and accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, and sales activities. *Monitor and control marketing expenditures to ensure adherence to the budget. *Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. *Continuously evaluate team performance and implement strategies for improvement. *Analyze current and future market trends to optimize organizational performance. *Oversee product placement and merchandising in sales outlets such as malls and supermarkets.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. *Proven experience in sales or marketing with a successful track record of meeting targets. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide and retain team members. *Effective selling skills, with the ability to close deals and handle post-sale concerns. *People-oriented with a proactive and collaborative work style. *Strategic thinker with the ability to spot growth opportunities and initiate business partnerships. *Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. *Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines. *Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
