A growing food and beverage group is seeking an F&B Executive / Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations,mentor staff,and deliver excellent customer experiences.The role involves team leadership,customer service,administrative support,and maintaining service standards in a semi-casual dining environment. Responsibilities and Duties

* Supervise daily service operations to ensure smooth guest flow * Lead and mentor service crew,ensuring grooming,punctuality,and performance * Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate team duties effectively * Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly * Monitor floor activity and support team to maintain service speed and quality * Track daily sales and upselling effectiveness,providing feedback to team * Assist with shift scheduling,manpower planning,inventory checks,and reporting * Coordinate with kitchen and backend teams for smooth operations * Enforce hygiene,safety,and service protocols in line with regulations * Train new staff and support onboarding of new hires

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 1 year experience in supervisory or senior service role within food and beverage * Strong leadership,communication,and interpersonal skills * Confident in handling customer service issues and decision-making * Knowledge of F&B operations,POS,and ordering systems * Ability to work shifts,weekends,and public holidays * Passion for the food and beverage industry with growth mindset
