Description

This role focuses on managing access to facilities, processing fees, handling bookings, and providing customer service to members, guests, and visitors. The position also involves maintaining records and performing general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Verify membership status for members and check handicap cards for members, guests, and visitors. * Issue appropriate fee documentation to guests and visitors. * Collect green fees and buggy rental fees. * Manage tee time bookings received by phone and remind members of required booking procedures. * Assign caddies to golfers upon request, using a first-come, first-served system. * Respond to telephone inquiries. * Update and maintain the handicap scoring system and provide other clerical support. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Strong customer service and communication skills. * Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping. * Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately. * Good organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
