- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service. - Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and professional development. - Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to improve store performance. - Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment. - Handle vendor management including sourcing, pricing, and contract negotiation. - Ensure store compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. - Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for productivity and cost efficiency. - Manage customer feedback and ensure timely issue resolution. - Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and other business development activities.
