Operation Admin (Medical Manufacturing)

Description

This role is crucial for supporting the company's ongoing transformation projects by ensuring accurate and efficient administrative processes. The Operation Admin will be responsible for data management, document control, and supporting customer service activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Accurately document and update operational data, maintaining data quality, integrity, and compliance with established standards. * Compile and update budgetary, operational, sales, and order data. * Manage data within the Iris system, including uploading BOMs (Bill of Materials) received from the Quality Assurance (QA) team. * Organize and store documents efficiently to ensure easy access and adherence to document retention policies. * Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information through secure storage and access protocols. * Conduct regular document audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Collaborate with the Customer Service team to track and update shipping invoices, ensuring accurate and timely information.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum Diploma in any field. * 1-2 years of administrative experience. * Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in all data entry, document management, and administrative tasks. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively. * Proficiency in using computer applications like Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data management systems (e.g., Iris system). * Clear and concise communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues in Customer Service and other departments. * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company data security protocols.
