Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring efficiency, high service standards, and adherence to guidelines. * Optimize food preparation and service workflows to minimize customer wait times. * Liaise with central production, the kitchen team, and suppliers regarding inventory management. * Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. * Manage digital tools used in operations and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. * Deliver exceptional customer service and take orders accurately and efficiently. * Address any feedback or complaints, whether in person or online, with understanding and empathy to ensure a positive resolution. * Lead and train all team members to foster smooth operations and a positive work environment. * Manage staff schedules and conduct necessary training sessions. * Monitor and replenish inventory levels, ensuring proper storage. * Coordinate with the kitchen and suppliers for timely and accurate ordering of supplies. * Prepare food according to established recipes and operational guidelines. * Monitor sales and expenses, and help implement strategies for cost management. * Assist with menu pricing, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives. * Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the outlet. * Conduct regular inspections and audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. * Ensure ongoing compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. * Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of three years of relevant work experience in the food and beverage industry. * Salary will be commensurate with your level of experience. * Must be available for flexible working hours and shifts.
