Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on retail management experience. - Strong leadership and motivational skills to manage and inspire teams. - Proven track record in driving sales, budgeting, and merchandising. - Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. - Experience in stock control, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
