We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to lead our restaurant operations as the Manager. This pivotal role involves overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, quality control, and team leadership. Responsibilities include managing staff, inventory, and finances, as well as ensuring compliance with all safety and hygiene standards. This role also requires a proactive approach to enhancing the restaurant's reputation and driving business growth through various strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of both the dining area and the kitchen. * Provide outstanding service to guests and strive to exceed their expectations. * Address and resolve customer concerns in an efficient and effective manner. * Regularly assess the quality of our offerings and explore new supplier options. * Organize and supervise employee work schedules and shifts. * Evaluate staff performance and offer constructive feedback to enhance productivity. * Forecast future needs for supplies, kitchen tools, and cleaning materials. * Ensure strict adherence to all sanitation and safety regulations. * Cultivate a positive image for the restaurant and propose strategies for improvement. * Manage operational expenses and identify opportunities to minimize waste. * Generate comprehensive reports on weekly, monthly, and annual financial performance. * Promote the restaurant within the local community through personal interactions and events. * Suggest methods for attracting a wider customer base, such as promotions and social media engagement. * Train both new and existing staff on best practices in customer service. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the long-term success of the restaurant.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated professional experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the food service industry. * Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a management capacity. * Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including the ability to understand and explain menu items and ingredients. * Familiarity with restaurant management software and technology. * Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage a team effectively. * Sound financial management skills and business acumen. * A diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Culinary Arts is considered a valuable asset.
