Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency,quality,and profitability * Lead,train,and motivate both front-of-house and back-of-house staff * Manage staffing schedules,recruitment,onboarding,and performance evaluations * Monitor food quality,service standards,and ensure compliance with health,safety,and hygiene regulations * Address guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally * Manage budgets,control costs,and track key performance indicators * Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on promotions,events,and menu planning * Ensure accurate reporting of sales,expenses,and inventory * Maintain supplier relationships and manage procurement of supplies * Perform other duties as assigned by senior management

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role * Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and compliance requirements * Excellent leadership,communication,and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain composed under pressure * Business acumen with skills in budgeting,cost control,and reporting * Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management,Business,or related field preferred * Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings,weekends,and public holidays
