Marketing Communication Executive

Description

This individual will collaborate closely with the sales and product marketing teams, reporting to the General Manager for Business & Marketing. They will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services to both businesses and consumers.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences, utilizing digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels. * Create engaging marketing content for various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences. * Ensure optimal storefront presence, conduct product training, and prepare for product launches and events for Acer. * Execute strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost conversions on Acer’s e-store, social media, and e-commerce platforms. * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns to optimize marketing investments. * Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints. * Support the manager in executing regional marketing activities. * Serve as the primary liaison with regional marketing agencies. Manage marketing budgets for both B2B and B2C activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. * Oversee claims submission and related processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field. * In-depth understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies, channels, and best practices. * Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative and resourceful mindset, proactive attitude, and strong time management abilities. * Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. * Quick to learn with the ability to manage all operational aspects independently. * Strong project management skills.
