Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures * Ensure smooth service flow and promptly resolve operational issues * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restaurant appearance * Monitor inventory levels; coordinate ordering and manage supplier relationships * Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations * Recruit, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff * Conduct staff meetings and performance evaluations to foster team culture * Engage with guests, handle feedback and complaints, and maintain high hospitality standards * Manage budgets, payroll, and cost controls * Analyse sales and labour reports to maximize profitability * Support marketing efforts, promotions, and events * Maintain the restaurant’s reputation on review platforms * Report KPIs and operational updates to management or ownership * Recommend and implement improvements to SOPs and workflows

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of relevant F&B management experience * Proven leadership and team management skills * Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and cost controls * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset * Familiarity with food safety and hygiene compliance
