Description

Plan and execute concept launch with the management team and external vendors.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders for overall success. - Uphold and transmit the Group’s 4 core values to the team. - Manage financials with profitability growth as key objective. - Develop high-quality, optimally priced menus for target audience. - Create, implement, and revise SOPs, guidelines, recipes, and plating guides. - Recruit, train, nurture, and retain culinary team members for career growth. - Delegate, monitor, and ensure team efficiency and effectiveness. - Maintain safe working environment in line with relevant authorities’ standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Business and team-oriented, driven professional. - Minimum 8 years experience with Italian cuisine. - Proficiency in Italian language is a bonus.
