Description

The Retail Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the showroom, including maintaining its pristine appearance, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting the Retail Manager with various tasks to improve the overall efficiency of the retail space.

Responsibilities and Duties

Ensure the smooth daily operations of the retail space, including maintaining a clean and organized showroom. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Assist the Retail Manager in various administrative and operational tasks, such as stock management, merchandising, and sales tracking. Support and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and replenishment when necessary. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance. Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and sales events. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and trends to effectively assist customers and enhance their shopping experience. Maintain an aesthetically pleasing and functional store environment by ensuring products are well-displayed and neatly organized. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferably 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or customer service. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
