MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Description

This role is responsible for overseeing sales and marketing activities within designated markets, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring product profitability. The position involves market analysis, developing marketing strategies, building brand equity, managing inventory and sales, and coordinating product launches and promotions.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage sales and marketing efforts, working directly with distributors in assigned markets. * Develop a strong understanding of the marketplace, including competitor products, pricing strategies, and sales tactics. * Manage product profitability, including sales performance and inventory levels. * Develop effective marketing strategies and establish clear product positioning. * Contribute to building brand equity through various marketing activities. * Manage inventory, sales data, and purchasing processes. * Coordinate product launches and promotional activities for overseas markets as needed. * Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills. * Sound business judgment and effective presentation skills. * Preference for candidates with an interest in outdoor activities (e.g., camping, fishing, boating) and knowledge of outdoor exercise equipment, though this is not mandatory. * Willingness to travel overseas occasionally.
