Human Resource Officer

Description

This role encompasses the full range of recruitment and talent acquisition activities, from strategic workforce planning to onboarding and beyond. The individual will also contribute to employee development, career planning, and various other HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. * Develop and execute strategic HR plans to meet evolving business and operational needs. * Source and shortlist potential candidates by reviewing resumes and applications. * Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability. * Conduct professional interviews and provide support to other interviewers. * Perform reference checks on selected candidates. * Participate in the training and development of employees to enhance their skills and performance. * Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures for departing employees. * Support colleagues with career planning, including promoting internal mobility, job opportunities, and professional growth. * Handle various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree. * Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. * Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment. * Ability to think quickly and be resourceful in addressing dynamic job requirements. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively across different departments. * Strong planning and organizational skills. * The organization is currently unable to sponsor work visa applications.
