HR Officer

Description

The HR Officer supports HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational tasks like data management, benefits, and compliance with MOM regulations. They oversee office administration, manage travel arrangements, and ensure adherence to labor laws, fostering a positive and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities and Duties

Support the implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, policies, and processes. Perform HR generalist duties, including talent acquisition, management, employee engagement, and learning programs. Manage HR operations such as employee data, leave, benefits, and medical claims administration. Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance logs, and performance evaluations. Handle work pass applications and ensure compliance with MOM regulations. Prepare and consolidate HR reports and analyses, generating statistical data as needed. Provide guidance on HR-related matters to promote positive employee relations. Oversee office administration, including supplies management, facilities upkeep, and event coordination. Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, and visa applications.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. Skilled in using Times Software HRMS and Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels. Hands-on approach with a results-driven mindset, dedicated to achieving targets and objectives.
