Service Crew (Cashiering)

Description

Handle point-of-sale (POS) systems and customer payments accurately.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Take customer orders and ensure correctness - Provide friendly and efficient customer service - Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the front-of-house area - Support team with basic service-related tasks when needed

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of F&B or customer service experience - Non-halal food service knowledge - Team player with good communication skills

- Break time: 1 – 1.5 hours per shift (6-day work week, rotating off days)
