Marketing Executive

Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team, a top design and build company in Singapore specializing in workspace projects. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our design and build services, strengthening our brand presence, and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our office design and build services. Create compelling content for digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns) to highlight our projects and expertise. Manage and update the company website and social media channels to maintain consistent messaging and branding. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and presentations. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the office design and build industry. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and client engagement. Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to boost brand visibility.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven marketing experience, ideally within the interior design or construction industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Analytics, etc.
