Assist and support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring service excellence, financial targets, staff supervision, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Review logbook daily and prepare reports on incidents and complaints - Assist in overseeing administration of weekly duty rosters and leave control - Ensure restaurant operation equipment is in good condition - Ensure outlet is fully stocked with necessary supplies - Maintain communication with kitchen operations team - Oversee reservation system to maximize seating capacity - Coordinate menus and promotions with Chef and F&B heads - Prepare and follow up on promotional action plans - Prepare capital expenditure reports for operations - Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis - Submit monthly forecasts and training reports - Compile and record accurate equipment inventories - Approve purchase requisitions after checking details - Report deficiencies or breakage of equipment - Monitor slow-moving items and notify Chef - Ensure proper utilization of supplies - Schedule staff levels according to operational needs - Conduct daily briefings before each operation - Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant - Appraise staff annually on performance - Delegate responsibilities to subordinates - Boost staff morale and recognize good performance - Arrange staff overtime and compensation - Maintain staff grooming and personal hygiene standards - Support hotel’s environmental management efforts

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in F&B Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or equivalent - Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience - Willing to work split shifts, rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays - Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking guests/associates - Preferably experienced as Manager in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service
