MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for our brands. You will contribute to identifying market trends and growth opportunities, creating marketing materials, and supporting the marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, clients, and partners to develop and implement marketing strategies. * Identify emerging marketing trends and identify potential growth opportunities. * Learn and utilize various software tools for digital marketing campaigns. * Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve marketing objectives. * Create and develop marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations. * Deliver presentations on marketing campaigns and initiatives. * Maintain and update the marketing database. * Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams. * Prepare, format, and edit a variety of documents. * Develop a thorough understanding of company products and brand identity. * Perform general office duties as needed. * Create and interpret marketing reports. * Organize market research activities. * Analyze questionnaires and other forms of feedback. * Update and maintain social media accounts. * Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Prior experience as an administrative assistant, sales assistant, or marketing assistant is a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in using computers for various tasks. * Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Relevant job experience and internship experience are beneficial. * Experience in digital marketing is preferred. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
