Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and serve Japanese dishes (donburi, sashimi, grilled items) with accuracy and consistency - Supervise and lead kitchen team during service - Coordinate with the Head Chef for smooth operations across stations - Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness - Ensure plating and presentation meet brand expectations
Qualifications and Requirements
- minimum: 2 years professional kitchen experience - Proficient with essential kitchen tools and techniques - Reliable and composed under pressure - Supportive team player - Ambitious and eager to take on greater responsibilities
