F&B Operations Manager

They are seeking an experienced and results-driven F&B Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets. Reporting directly to the Director of F&B, the role focuses on driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a motivated team while ensuring operational efficiency within budget parameters. Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality and budgetary standards. - Support procurement processes and continuously improve product offerings and service delivery. - Lead, train, and inspire the F&B team, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth. - Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. - Supervise and support outlet managers in the effective management of their venues. - Implement workforce strategies through multi-skilling and resource optimization. - Analyze revenue reports, monitor upselling performance, and develop innovative promotions to achieve profitability goals. - Execute marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to attract and retain customers. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of F&B.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in F&B Services Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality or F&B industry. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems. - FSMS (Food Safety Management System) certification is an advantage. - Service-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable.
