Responsibilities and Duties

- Guided Food Preparation and Cooking: - Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the direct guidance of our head chef. - Learn and master the proper techniques for washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients for service. - Kitchen Maintenance and Hygiene: - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all utensils and equipment are properly sanitized. - Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations. - Dish Presentation and Assembly: - Assist in the plating and presentation of dishes, ensuring they meet our established standards. - Perform basic cooking tasks, such as grilling, frying, or sushi assembly, depending on your kitchen assignment. - Inventory and Team Support: - Help stock and organize kitchen supplies, ensuring fresh ingredients are readily available. - Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. - Perform all other tasks assigned to you by the culinary team.
