Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all restaurant activities. * Provide guidance and constructive feedback to kitchen and service staff. * Generate daily financial reports, detailing revenue and expenditures. * Engage with guests, addressing any concerns and fostering positive relationships. * Manage and track restaurant inventory, ensuring adequate supply levels. * Process weekly and monthly staff payroll accurately. * Uphold and enforce all restaurant hygiene and safety standards. * Develop staff schedules that meet operational demands. * Onboard and train new team members, ensuring they understand restaurant procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Substantial experience in a restaurant environment. * Proven ability to provide excellent customer service. * Solid understanding of financial management principles. * Familiarity with restaurant management software. * Ability to accurately recall and explain menu items. * Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
