Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive daily retail operations with a focus on customer experience, merchandising, and store presentation. - Lead, coach, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards. - Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and coordinate stock take and return processes. - Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification. - Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience in the retail industry. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong customer service orientation with proven leadership and team development skills.
