Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from sourcing top talent to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet company standards, exceed expectations, and comply with current regulations. Serve as the key contact for fostering a positive workplace culture by addressing employee relations, resolving conflicts, managing performance, and handling disciplinary matters professionally. Maintain employee records with utmost accuracy and confidentiality. Develop and implement forward-thinking HR policies that drive organizational growth, align with company goals, and ensure compliance. Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for management and employees as required. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, events, and preparing necessary materials. Conduct regular audits of fixed assets. Investigate operational lapses and customer feedback, proposing areas for improvement. Facilitate coordination between HQ departments and external agencies or stakeholders on various projects and activities. Support budget management and expense tracking for HR and other departments. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
At least 1 year of proven experience in HR and administrative roles. Strong knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with HRIS software. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
