We're looking for a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure our customers have an exceptional dining experience. In this key role, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations, guaranteeing smooth service, impeccable food and beverage quality, and a thriving atmosphere for both our staff and guests.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily restaurant activities, ensuring every aspect runs seamlessly and efficiently. *Service & Customer Experience: Coordinate and supervise all service touchpoints, making sure every customer enjoys a positive and memorable dining experience. *Quality Control: Continuously monitor the quality of our food and beverages, ensuring they consistently meet our rigorous standards. *Resource Management: Expertly manage inventory levels, place timely supply orders, and skillfully handle all budgetary and financial operations. *Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and inspire our diverse team, including waitstaff, culinary staff, and other restaurant employees, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. *Guest Relations: Address all customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities for positive engagement. *Flexible Support: Proactively undertake any additional tasks or duties assigned to support the overall success of the restaurant.

Qualifications and Requirements

*A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong preference for prior managerial or supervisory roles. *Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with team members and customers. *The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. *Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs. *Excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring clear and positive interactions. *proven ability to motivate and effectively lead a team to achieve shared goals. *Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to food service establishments.
