The Junior Sous Chef will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Italian dishes. Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and ingredient selection. - Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes with high standards of presentation and taste. - Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring performance consistency and efficiency. - Oversee daily kitchen operations during service shifts. - Maintain a clean, organized kitchen following all food safety and hygiene standards. - Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and maintain proper stock levels. - Address customer feedback and special requests with professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience as a Cook or Chef, preferably in Italian cuisine. - Formal culinary training or relevant certifications preferred. - Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and food safety practices. - Leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative attitude. - Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about Italian food.
