Marketing Director, Asia

Description

A leading organization in the healthcare sector is seeking a Marketing Director for the Asia region (excluding China and Australia/New Zealand). The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels and product portfolios to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and generate sales and profits in line with short-term and long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Create and implement regional marketing plans aligned with short-term and long-term business strategy and goals. * Work closely with business units at headquarters, business leaders, and commercial teams in each responsible country/region to drive positive business outcomes. * Oversee marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapt marketing strategies as needed. * Develop and execute plans to increase brand visibility and credibility throughout the Asian region. * Create and implement demand generation campaigns to drive leads and customer engagement. * Manage relationships with external agencies, including creative, media, and digital partners. * Lead the marketing team in Asia, including enabling, empowering, coaching, and developing team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification. * Extensive marketing experience, with a significant focus on Asian markets. * Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams. * Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, data analytics, and digital marketing channels. * Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. * Ability to navigate diverse cultural environments and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
