MARKETING MANAGER

Description

This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of all marketing activities, from strategic planning and execution to budget oversight and team leadership. The Marketing Manager's core focus is to enhance brand visibility, expand market presence, generate new leads, and ensure seamless coordination with other key departments within the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assess and refine marketing and pricing strategies to maximize their effectiveness and return on investment. * Analyze market trends and develop accurate market forecasts to inform strategic decision-making. * Generate new business leads to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. * Increase brand awareness and market share within the target market. * Collaborate with the sales, finance, public relations, and production departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. * Develop and manage the marketing department's budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. * Oversee branding initiatives, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities across various channels. * Manage and supervise the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. * Prepare and present regular performance reports (quarterly and annually) to senior management. * Represent the brand at industry trade shows and major events to enhance visibility and networking opportunities. * Stay up-to-date with current marketing strategies, emerging trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of two years of experience in a Marketing Manager role or a similar leadership position. * Proficiency in marketing automation software. * Deep understanding of marketing strategies, various marketing channels, and branding principles. * Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and collaboration skills. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
