As the F&B Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and guest satisfaction. The role includes managing front-of-house operations, optimizing profitability, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality. - Drive sales and profitability through promotions, upselling, and cost management. - Lead and train FOH staff to deliver excellent guest service. - Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance appraisals. - Act as the main point of contact for guest feedback and service recovery. - Oversee inventory control, supplier relations, and stock accuracy. - Prepare operational and financial reports for management review. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management or similar role. - Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage costs and optimize operations. - Proficient in POS systems and MS Office; knowledge of inventory systems is advantageous. - Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
