- Oversee and manage end-to-end retail operations for franchise outlets. - Ensure full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Make timely decisions to resolve customer issues and ensure effective service recovery. - Analyze sales and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Drive initiatives to achieve sales targets and enhance operational efficiency. - Recruit, train, and manage retail staff to maintain optimal performance levels.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations or management. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Knowledge of 24/7 convenience retail operations is an advantage.
