Retail Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee stock preparation and ensure the store is adequately stocked at all times. - Report regularly to the General Manager on store performance, staffing, and operational concerns. - Motivate, supervise, and support retail staff to ensure high service standards and teamwork. - Handle cash management, daily banking, and administrative tasks in compliance with company policies. - Ensure adherence to company procedures, including security, health and safety, and administrative processes. - Plan staff work schedules, off days, annual leave, and replacement off days. - Monitor shop expenses and assist in cost control efforts. - Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards. - Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or supervisory role. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Capable of multitasking and problem-solving under pressure. - Positive attitude, integrity, and alignment with the company’s social mission.
