Marketing Assistant

Description

The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of both online and offline marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering customer loyalty. Key responsibilities include developing design concepts for campaigns, producing content for websites, blogs, vlogs, and e-newsletters, and tracking performance through analytics. The role also involves collaborating with graphic designers and freelance content producers to create digital assets, as well as managing ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in creating and implementing offline, online, and social media marketing strategies. * Enhance brand visibility, generate leads, drive sales conversions, and cultivate customer loyalty. * Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and communication materials. * Produce content for websites, blogs, vlogs, e-newsletters, and other digital platforms. * Monitor and analyze live stream performance using insights and analytics. * Collaborate with graphic designers and freelance content creators to produce engaging digital assets. * Support and manage ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. * Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Strong multi-tasking abilities with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Solid analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. * Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (required for liaising with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and vendors). * Familiar with social media platforms and web analytics. * Available to start immediately or on short notice.
